Acceptance of Terms

By using this application, you accept these terms and agree to abide by them. If you use the application as an employee or representative of another legal entity, you accept these terms personally or on behalf of that legal entity.

Services Provided

The Car Ex application manages marketing activities, such as presenting and selling products on behalf of their owners, providing supporting marketing services, and delivery. Through the application, you can place orders to purchase various products. When a customer decides to buy a product from the application, the legal contract is formed between Car Ex and the customer.

Privacy Policy

Information about you and your visits to the application may be collected and processed according to our privacy policy. By using the application, you agree to this.

Delete Personal Account

You can delete your personal account from the application by accessing the account interface, then selecting the profile and choosing to delete the account. Deleting your account will result in the complete removal of all associated information with the account as well.

Access to the Application

You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access the application. You must maintain the confidentiality of any passwords you use for the application and not disclose them to any third party. You are also responsible for any use made through your username, password, or email for this application.

Unauthorized Use of the Application

We reserve the right to suspend access to this application, or terminate accounts at any time and for any reason, including maintenance or application development.
